Rulings

• 2018-09-03 An Aura will 'also enchant' Sacred Lynx if the Aura could be attached to only Sacred Lynx. For example, Better Together will not also enchant Sacred Lynx, as it is not two permanents, Consecrate Land will only apply to it if it becomes a land, and Daybreak Coronet will only apply if Lynx has an Aura actually attached to it.• Sacred Lynx will be enchanted by Auras, but those Auras are not attached to it. Strip Bare targetting Lynx will not destroy any Auras that are 'also enchanting' it, and Auras won't be put into the graveyard due to Lynx dying or becoming an illegal enchant target. Triggered abilities that occur when an Aura 'become attached' will never trigger as a result of Sacred Lynx being also enchanted by them. (They will still trigger for the permanent they are attached to.)
  • Effects that apply to "enchanted creature" apply to each creature individually. For example, "When this Aura enters the battlefield, untap enchanted creature." will untap both enchanted creatures.
  • Abilities that trigger due to actions of an enchanted creature trigger for each enchanted creature. "When enchanted creature becomes tapped, put a +1/+1 counter on it." will trigger for either creature becoming tapped, and put a counter only on that creature.
  • If an Aura's effect tries to determine enchanted creature's characteristics, for example "Sacrifice this: Draw cards equal to enchanted creature's power.", it will find two answers and the effect's controller will choose one.
