Whenever a player discards a card, you may draw a card and put a loyalty counter on Mei Liva, the Broken.
[0]: Target permanent's controller sacrifices it unless they discard two cards.
[–1]: Each opponent loses X life and you gain X life, where X is the number of cards in your hand.
[–3]: Target player chooses a card in their hand, then discards the rest.

[+1]: Search each player's graveyard, hand, and library for any number of cards with the same name as target nonbasic card in a graveyard and exile them. Then each player shuffles.
[–2]: Each player draws two cards, then each opponent exiles two cards at random from their hand.

Whenever one or more creatures deal combat damage to you, exile one of those creatures.
You may cast cards exiled with Merciless Mirror and may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

Enchanted player plays with the top card of their library revealed.
You may cast the top card of enchanted player's library, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any type to cast it.

You may cast Oil the Mind from your graveyard.
Target player mills three cards.
If Oil the Mind was cast from your graveyard, conjure a card named Fatigue and put it on top of your library. (It's a colorless sorcery that costs {2} with “Draw a card.”)

Archive 4 (As this enters, shuffle the top four cards of your main library into a new face up library. Sacrifice this after the archived library is empty.)
Whenever you draw a card from the archived library, gain control of target nonland permanent with a lesser mana value than that card until you draw a card from the archived library.

When Okus, the Fabulous Hat enters, gain control of target creature or planeswalker for as long as you control Okus.
[+1]: You may create a blue Aura enchantment token named Fancy Hat with enchant creature and “Enchanted creature gets -2/-0.”
[–2]: Target player loses life equal to the number of enchantments you control and you gain that much life.

{U}{B}, Sacrifice Rallios' Return: Until end of turn, you may play target card from your graveyard. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.

Once each turn, when a creature card is put into your graveyard from anywhere, create a 1/1 blue and black Bird creature token with flying and “When this creature deals combat damage to a player, sacrifice it. If you do, draw a card.”
