You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards not cast this way on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Once each turn, when you activate a nonmana ability, you may create a tapped 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying.

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may conjure two duplicates of it into your main library, then shuffle. Then if there are two or more cards in your graveyard that share a name with that spell, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.
