Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may conjure two duplicates of it into your main library, then shuffle. Then if there are two or more cards in your graveyard that share a name with that spell, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Whenever Queen Hannaru enters or attacks, put a +1/+1 counter on another target creature you control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are four or more +1/+1 counters among creatures you control, you may transform Queen Hannaru.
