Menace
When Fortune Hoarder dies, each player discards a card at random.

Whenever two or more creatures you control deal combat damage to a player, you gain 3 life and create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with “{T}, Sacrifice this permanent: Add one mana of any color.”)
Whenever you sacrifice your second permanent each turn, you draw a card and you lose 1 life.

If you cast this spell from exile, it deals 7 damage to target creature. Otherwise, return Fortunous Flames to your hand, then reveal a card from your hand at random.
Prophecy {R} (Once each turn, you may exile a card with prophecy as you reveal it. When you do, you may cast it for its prophecy cost as long as it's exiled.)

Deathtouch
Attacking creatures you control with deathtouch get +2/+0.

Look at the top four cards of your library. Put two of them into your hand and the rest into your graveyard.

Frenzied Watchkeeper enters with six -1/-1 counters on it.
At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent lost life this turn, remove a -1/-1 counter from Frenzied Watchkeeper.

{1}{B}, {T}, Remove a time counter from a permanent you control: Fretport Anarchists deals 2 damage to any target. You gain 2 life.

Whenever a -1/-1 counter is put on a creature, you may create a 1/2 green Frog creature token.
