Flying
When Windrider Elemental enters, target creature gains flying until end of turn.

Target creature and all creatures with the same name as that creature get +2/+1 and gain lifelink until end of turn.

{T}, Sacrifice Shiftscape Cascade: Choose a basic land type other than Island. Create a colorless land token that's an Island and the chosen basic land type. Activate only during your upkeep.

Tap an untapped Human you control: Dignitary's Rickshaw becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.
Inspired — Whenever Dignitary's Rickshaw becomes untapped, create a 2/1 red and white Fox creature token. It gains haste. Sacrifice the token at the beginning of the next end step.

Permanents you control gain indestructible until your next turn.

Flying
At the beginning of each combat, target opponent may give themselves a poison counter. If they don't, Tower of Sorrows gets +3/+0 until end of turn.

Whenever an opponent casts a spell with the chosen name, counter that spell, then that opponent creates a Plains token.

Exile target nonland permanent.

When Recruits of the Demeter enters, draw a card if you control another Pirate.

As Sturdy Outpost enters, you may pay 3 life. If you don't, it enters tapped.

Striptide deals 1 damage to target creature. Unattach all artifacts from it. It becomes red until end of turn.

Sacrifice Shadowfeeder: Target player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.

When Frontier Savior enters, return up to two target creature cards with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Whenever Devourer of Legacy deals combat damage to a player, you may sacrifice it and choose a nonland card name. If you do, search that player's graveyard, hand, and library for any number of cards with that name and exile them. That player shuffles, then draws a card for each card exiled from their hand this way.
