When Ascetic of the Folded Fan enters, create an Idol token. (It's an artifact with “{1}, Sacrifice this artifact: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature. Activate only as a sorcery.”)
Each creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it has vigilance.

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each legendary creature you control.
Search your library for a legendary creature card with mana value X or less, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Search your library for a permanent card with mana value 3 or less and put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Each creature you control assigns combat damage equal to its toughness rather than its power.
Identity — Other creatures you control get +0/+1 as long as you control at least two other creatures that share a creature type with Battlewise Strategist.

Ceanne, Shield of Caerdyne enters with your choice of a +1/+1, first strike, lifelink, or vigilance counter.
Counters remain on Ceanne as it moves to any zone other than a player's hand or library.
{3}{G/W}: For each kind of counter on Ceanne, put a counter of that kind on another target creature you control. Activate only once each turn and only as a sorcery.

Enchant creature you control
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1.
When enchanted creature dies, you may search your library for a creature card with mana value equal to enchanted creature's mana cost minus 1, put it onto the battlefield, and attach Chain of Command to it, then shuffle.

Defiant (Whenever this creature takes damage, if it survives and wasn't defiant, put a +1/+1 counter on it and it becomes defiant.)
