When Zareen Kahroba, Shah enters, if you cast her, untap each Satrapy you control.
Whenever each Satrapy you control becomes tapped for the first time during each of your turns, untap it.

[–2]: Until end of turn, gain control of target nonland permanent and it gains haste. Untap it.
[–6]: You get an emblem with “Whenever a source you control deals damage to an opponent, gain control of target permanent that player controls.”

Transcend (Activate as a sorcery to gain the next type and a +1/+1 counter.)
You may play an additional land on each of your turns.
{1}{R}{G}: Demigod — Whenever a land you control enters this turn, it deals 3 damage to up to one target creature or planeswalker.
{6}{R}{G}: God — Until end of turn, lands you control become 3/3 Spirit creatures with indestructible and haste that are still lands. Untap them.

Flying
When Zhu Long enters, if {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} was spent to cast it, untap up to five target lands.
Once during each of your turns, when you cast an instant or sorcery spell, if no more than one mana of each color was spent to cast it, you may copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard.
[+1]: Create a 2/2 blue Elemental Illusion creature token with flying and “Whenever this becomes the target of a spell, sacrifice it.”
[–3]: Return up to one other target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. Draw a card.

[+1]: Each opponent discards a card. If a land card is discarded this way, create a 1/1 colorless Spirit creature token with flying.
[–2]: Until end of turn, creatures you control get +1/+1 and creatures your opponents control get -1/-1.
[–6]: Each opponent chooses up to one permanent they control of each permanent type, then sacrifices the rest.
