When Stalker in the Mist enters, up to one target creature gets -1/-0 until end of turn.

Look at target opponent's hand. You may cast a card from that player's hand or graveyard, and you may spend mana as though it were of any type to cast that card. If you cast a card from that player's hand this way, that player draws a card.

As an additional cost to cast this spell, discard a card.
Draw two cards unless any opponent discards two cards.

Flying
Whenever Taifeng Cartographer attacks, add one mana of any color. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end.

Each player sacrifices a creature with mana value X or greater.
Return up to one target creature card with mana value X or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Mill four cards, then return any number of creature cards with total mana value 4 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

[+1]: Until your next turn, when up to one target creature dies, return a creature card with lesser mana value from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
[–1]: Target player discards a card. When they do, return a card with equal mana value from your graveyard to your hand.
