When Rakkiri Aspirant enters, if you control an embattled creature, exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card. (A creature is embattled if it has a counter on it or has a permanent you control attached to it.)

Exile any number of target creatures you control. At the beginning of the next end step, return to the battlefield tapped each creature card exiled this way and each creature card put into your graveyard from the battlefield this turn.

Remove a -1/-1 counter from target creature. That creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn.

Vigilance, lifelink

As an additional cost to cast this spell, discard a card.
Draw two cards.

Echoing Thunder deals 3 damage to target creature and all other creatures with the same name as that creature.

Tizzanier Tidehunter can't be blocked as long as you control another Merfolk.

Flying
When Yujei enters, create a 1/1 white Bird creature token with flying.
{2}{W}: Put a +1/+1 counter on another target creature. It gains flying until end of turn. If it already has flying, put a +1/+1 counter on Yujei instead.

Permanents you control with mana value 1 or less have first strike, haste, and lifelink.

Adorned — Mercenary Lancer gets +2/+2 as long as it's equipped and/or enchanted.

When Blacksite Moderator enters, you may pay 2 life or sacrifice a permanent. If you do, draw a card.

Target player reveals their hand. You choose a nonland card from it. That player discards that card. You lose 1 life.
Investigate. (Create a colorless Clue artifact token with “{2}, Sacrifice this artifact: Draw a card.”)

Exile the top five cards of your library. Until end of turn, you may play any number of cards exiled this way with mana value less than or equal to the number of colors among permanents you controlled as you cast United Fervor.

Cadence (Whenever you cast a spell, if its mana value is greater than this creature's power, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.)
When Painwield Explorer dies, it deals damage equal to its power to target player or planeswalker.

{T}: Put a flood counter on Decanter of Endless Rivers. Add {U} for each flood counter on it.

When Gloomy Waypoint enters, create a 1/1 black Scout creature token.

When this permanent transforms into Carnage Demon, each opponent sacrifices a creature.

Create a 1/1 red Dwarf creature token and a 1/1 green Elf creature token. If this spell was foretold, Dwarves and Elves you control get +1/+1 and gain haste until end of turn.
Foretell {2}{G} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)

Choose one —
• Target opponent reveals their hand. You may choose a creature, enchantment, or planeswalker card from it. That player discards that card.
• Target opponent sacrifices an enchantment.

Gain control of target creature until end of turn.
Coalesce {6}{U}{B} (You may cast this from your graveyard for {6}{U}{B}. If you do, it enters as a Horror creature after it resolves. Exile it if it would leave the battlefield or not resolve.)
As long as Mortal Whims Falter is on the battlefield, you can't lose control of permanents.

Menace
Whenever Dragon's Twisted Shadow attacks and isn't blocked, it gets +4/+0 until end of turn.

Players can't gain life.
Whenever a player casts a spell, Rage of the Ravaged deals 1 damage to that player.

Target creature gets +3/+3 and gains trample until end of turn.
