Enchanted artifact has prowess and “Once each turn, when you cast a noncreature spell, you may untap this artifact.”

When Cloister enters, exile another target nonland permanent you control and target nonland permanent you don't control until Cloister leaves the battlefield.

Flying
Prowess (Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
At the beginning of your end step, you may untap another target permanent.
