When Phasmopillar enters, search your library for a creature card with mana value 5 or greater, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. If a creature card with mana value 9 or greater was revealed this way, put two +1/+1 counters on Phasmopillar.

Indestructible
As long as your devotion to blue and black is less than seven, Phenax isn't a creature.

You may cast instant and sorcery cards from your graveyard. Spend no more than one mana of each color to cast spells this way each turn. If a spell cast this way would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead.

You draw two cards, lose 2 life, and create a Gold token. (It's an artifact with “Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.”)

Create a token that's a copy of target permanent you control, except it isn't legendary. Then put Picture Perfect on the bottom of its owner's library if you cast it from exile.
Leitmotif (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. When you next cast a spell that shares a color with this card, you may cast this from exile without paying its mana cost.)
