Whenever Repent, Daughter of Fallacy blocks or becomes blocked, it deals 3 damage to any target.

Vigilance
When Roya Ritualist enters or whenever you cast a spell, if {G}{U} was spent to cast it, draw a card, then you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield tapped. Put a +1/+1 counter on Roya Ritualist.

Whenever this creature attacks, destroy up to one other target permanent. If you do, its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until two cards that each share a card type with that card are revealed and exiles those cards. That player puts the exiled cards onto the battlefield, then shuffles.

Runescale Brawler enters with three +1/+1 counters on it.
If damage would be dealt to Runescale Brawler while it has a +1/+1 counter on it, prevent that damage and remove a +1/+1 counter from Runescale Brawler.
