Enchant creature
Whenever enchanted creature deals damage to an opponent, you may draw a card.

During your turn, each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard has flashback. The flashback cost is equal to that card's mana cost plus “Pay X life, where X is this card's mana value.”

When Glimpse in the Static enters, exile target creature an opponent controls until Glimpse in the Static leaves the battlefield.
At the beginning of your upkeep, target player creates a token that's a copy of the exiled card, then exiles that token.
