Defender
When Mnemonic Wall enters, you may return target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand.

Creatures you control with flying get +1/+1.
Whenever a creature you control with flying deals combat damage to a player, you may pay {U}. If you do, draw a card.

Create a token that's a copy of target creature you control.
Fabled {5}{U}{U} (Then if you cast this for its fabled cost, put it onto the battlefield transformed attached to that creature.)

Cast this spell only during your turn.
Counter target spell.

Look at the top two cards of your library. You may put both of those cards into your graveyard or back on top of your library in any order.

Flying

Whenever you draw your second card or cast your second spell each turn, put a +1/+1 counter on Monument to Quia.

When Moonlit Charmer enters, tap target artifact or creature. It doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.

Whenever Moonlit Hunter enters or you cast a noncreature spell, tap target permanent and untap a second target permanent.

Look at target player's hand and the top card of that player's library. Look at the top four cards of your library, then put them back in any order.

Flying
{1}{U}: Reveal the top card of your library. Moonwing Watcher's base power becomes equal to that card's mana value.
Prophecy {U} (Once each turn, you may exile a card with prophecy as you reveal it. When you do, you may cast it for its prophecy cost as long as it's exiled.)

Once each turn, when another nontoken creature is returned to your hand from the battlefield, you may create a token that's a copy of that creature.
