Flash Flying When Living Antimagic enters, counter target spell unless its controller pays {2}. Spells that target Living Antimagic cost {2} more to cast.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may have target player mill two cards. Then if a player has twenty or fewer cards in their library, put a +1/+1 counter on Living Atrocity.

Archive 5 (As this enters, shuffle the top five cards of your main library into a new face up library. Sacrifice this after the archived library is empty.) Take an extra turn after this one. Exile Look to the Future. Civilized — If you control an artifact, a creature, and an enchantment, until the end of your next turn, you may look at the top card of your library any time and you may play the top card of your library.
Flying When Lord Rokai becomes the target of a spell, sacrifice it. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may pay {2}{U}. If you do, return Lord Rokai from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Other Merfolk you control get +1/+1. {1}{U}: Target Merfolk gains slipstream until end of turn. (Creatures with slipstream can't be blocked as long as only creatures with slipstream are attacking.)
Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. Dominance — If you control the creature with the greatest power or tied for the greatest power, you may put that permanent on top of its owner's library instead.
Counter target spell, activated ability, or triggered ability. Its controller chooses draw step, main phase, or combat phase. That player skips each instance of the chosen step or phase during their next turn. (Mana abilities can't be targeted.)
