Whenever Paragon of Noon attacks, if it has a divinity counter on it, search your library for a creature card with mana value 1, put it onto the battlefield tapped and attacking, then shuffle.

Players can't pay alternative costs to cast spells. (Casting a spell without paying its mana cost is an alternative cost.)

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.
Whenever enchanted creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, tap it.

Choose one or both—
• Target creature gets -4/-4 until end of turn.
• Return target creature card with mana value 1 from your graveyard to the battlefield.
