When Curse of Scuttling Thoughts enters, create a 0/3 blue Crab creature token with “{T}: Target player mills a card.”
If enchanted player would mill one or more cards, they mill twice that many cards instead.

Flying
Rezzal, the Loamfeaster gets +1/+1 for each nonland card exiled with it.
You may play lands exiled with Rezzal.
{1}{B/G}: Exile target card from an opponent's graveyard. Activate only outside of combat.

{1}{G}, {T}: You may put a creature or Revelation card from your hand onto the battlefield. Exile that permanent if it would leave the battlefield. If it's a Revelation, it enters as a Horror creature and you may cast a copy of it without paying its mana cost.
