Whenever you scry or search your library, add a quest counter.
Target creature you don't control gets -3/-0 until your next turn.
Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card, then put the revealed cards into your hand.
Reveal the top card of your library. If its mana value is less than or equal to the number of cards in your hand, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.
