Rulings
- 2018-09-03 A creature survives a fight if, after the next time after the fight state-based effects have been checked, it is still on the battlefield. If exactly one of those creatures is still on the battlefield, four +1/+1 counters will be placed on that creature, and then state-based actions will be checked again. (This is unlikely to change anything, unless for example there is an effect that replaces +1/+1 counters with -1/-1 counters.
