Rulings
- 2018-09-03 This triggers on your first spell that's an artifact or an enchantment. If you cast an artifact and an enchantment, it will only trigger once.
- 2018-09-03 Artisitc Vision will check the whole turn for the spells you have cast, so if you cast Artistic Vision this turn, it won't trigger.
