Rulings
- 2018-09-03 Exiling Precursor Gate with its ability will cause it to become a new object, so it can not be found by the effect that caused it to leave the battlefield. In particular, this means if Precursor Gate is flickered and exiled to destroy a permanent, the flicker effect will be unable to bring it back.
