At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 1/1 green Snake creature token. If Pharika is a creature, create a 1/1 black Snake creature token with deathtouch instead.

When Phasmopillar enters, search your library for a creature card with mana value 5 or greater, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. If a creature card with mana value 9 or greater was revealed this way, put two +1/+1 counters on Phasmopillar.

Indestructible
As long as your devotion to blue and black is less than seven, Phenax isn't a creature.

[–1]: When you next activate a nonmana ability of target permanent this turn, copy that ability. You may choose new targets for the copy.
[–7]: Exile up to seven target permanents. Return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.

[+1]: Artifact creatures you control get +1/+1 and gain haste until end of turn.
[–X]: You may cast an artifact card with mana value X or less from your hand without paying its mana cost. If it has {X} in its cost, {X} is X.
