Once during each of your turns, for each creature you control, you may activate one of that creature's activated abilities with {T} in its cost without paying {T} and as though that creature had haste.

When Jinyu Mirror-Blade enters the battlefield, you may exchange its base power with another target creature's base power until either leave the battlefield.

Flash
Vanishing 3 (This permanent enters the battlefield with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
When Judge's Decree enters the battlefield, exile another target spell or nonland permanent. When Judge's Decree is no longer on the battlefield, the exiled card's owner may cast that card without paying its mana cost.

At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep, that player chooses draw step, main phase, or combat phase. They skip each instance of the chosen step or phase this turn.
