Menace
When Icilica's Icestrider enters, choose one —
• Draw a card if you own a card in exile.
• Target player discards a card if that player owns a card in exile.

Destroy target attacking or blocking creature.

Choose one —
• Put a -1/-1 counter on target attacking or blocking creature.
• Scarring Censure deals 2 damage to target attacking or blocking creature.

Draw three cards, then discard a card.

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 as long as it's an Actor. Otherwise, it gets -2/-2.

As Scorched Copse enters, you may tap an untapped creature you control. If you don't, Scorched Copse enters tapped.
{T}: Add {R} or {G}.

If you would draw a card, you may return an instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand instead.
{U}: Draw three cards.

Whenever Fickle Feeder blocks, fateseal 1. (To fateseal 1, look at the top card of an opponent's library, then you may put it on the bottom of that player's library.)

Whenever a land you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on Mountain Runt, then it deals 1 damage to up to one target creature you don't control.
When Mountain Runt has three or more +1/+1 counters on it, remove them all and transform it.
