Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, create a Treasure Clue token. (It's an artifact with “{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color” and “{2}, Sacrifice this artifact: Draw a card.)

Once during each of your turns, you may cast a copy of a card in your graveyard by exiling that card in addition to its other costs.

Vigilance
The first instant or sorcery spell you cast each turn has conspire. (As you cast that spell, you may tap two untapped creatures you control that share a color with it. When you do, copy it and you may choose a new target for the copy.)

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, any number of target creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn.
Whenever a creature you control deals an amount of combat damage exactly equal to its mana value to a player or planeswalker, draw a card.

{T}: Izahl, the Stormbringer deals 1 damage to any target.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may untap target creature you control.

When Jinyu Mirror-Blade enters, you may exchange its base power with another target creature's base power until either leave the battlefield.

Whenever you make first contact, you may activate one of Karina's loyalty abilities. (You make first contact the first time each turn you cast a spell with a name not in your graveyard or control already.)
[+1]: Each player draws a card.
[–2]: Exile target nonland permanent. At the beginning of the next end step, return it to its owner's hand or to the battlefield under its owner's control.
[–7]: You get an emblem with “You may cast spells that don't have the same name as a permanent you control or a card in your graveyard without paying their mana costs.”

Flying
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Mirrorfuse Angel, then copy that spell for each +1/+1 counter on Mirrorfuse Angel. You may choose new targets for the copies.

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell that targets only one target or activates an ability that targets only one target, copy that spell or ability for each other target it could target. Each copy targets a different one of those targets. (A spell or ability can't target itself.)

Flying
Prowess (Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
At the beginning of each end step, scry X, you gain X life, and Nakia, Infinity Seer deals X damage to up to one target creature or planeswalker, where X is the number of noncreature spells you've cast this turn.

Flying, haste
You may reveal each card you draw as you draw it. Whenever you reveal a creature card with mana value 1 or less this way, create a token that's a copy of it. That copy gains haste until end of turn.

Choose one —
• Counter target noncreature spell.
• Peer into the Cosmos deals 3 damage to target creature.
• Until end of turn, damage that would reduce your life total to less than 1 reduces it to 1 instead.
Monument {1}{U}{R}{W} (You may cast this transformed from your graveyard for its monument cost. Exile it if it would leave the battlefield or not resolve.)

Flying, lifelink
Prowess (Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
Whenever Recreator of Myths attacks, you may cast target instant or sorcery spell from your graveyard. If you do, exile that card instead of putting it into your graveyard as it resolves.

Flying, lifelink, haste
{W}{U}{B}{R}{G}, Exile Remi Amber, Slyten Specialist: Return Remi Amber to the battlefield transformed at the beginning of your next main phase.

{1}, {T}: Tap target creature. Rising Sun Ascetic deals 1 damage to that creature's controller.

Flying
Saki of the Sea and Sky gets +1/+1 for each card inscribed onto it and each permanent attached to it.

Search your library for an enchantment card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

{U}{R}{W}, Discard a card named Sha'Iv, God of Order: Sha'Iv gains indestructible and becomes a God creature in addition to its other types.
Whenever Sha'Iv enters or attacks, choose target creature an opponent controls. Untap it, then tap each other creature that player controls. They don't untap during their controller's next untap step.

[+1]: Create a 1/1 blue Bird creature token with flying and haste.
[–1]: Creatures you control with flying get +1/+0 and gain vigilance until end of turn.
[–6]: Search your library for any number of creatures with flying and put them onto the battlefield. Shuffle your library.

Flying
Creatures you control have vigilance.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, you may tap target creature.

I — Create two 1/1 colorless Construct Actor creature tokens.
II, III — Creatures you control gain flying until end of turn. Whenever one or more of them deals combat damage to a player this turn, draw a card.

Haste, prowess
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, journey. (To journey, exile the top card of your library face up. Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to an opponent, put a journeyed card you own into your hand.)

Whenever you cast a spell, harmonize twice. (To harmonize, trigger up to one harmony of a permanent you control.)
Harmony — Yita, Almgrove Prodigy gains your choice of flying, first strike, vigilance, lifelink, hexproof, or haste until end of turn.

Archive 5 (As this enters, shuffle the top five cards of your main library into a new face up library. Sacrifice this after the archived library is empty.)
Once during each combat phase, you may cast the top card of the archived library as though it had flash.
