When Foster the Future enters, create a 3/3 red Panda creature token. Panda creatures and Mao planeswalkers you control have “+2: Target creature you control gains vigilance until end of turn” and “-4: Creatures you control get +1/+1 and gain trample until end of turn.”
Destroy target noncreature, nonland permanent. (Destroying a battle doesn't remove counters from it.) Flashback {3}{W}{B}(You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
Destroy up to one target artifact or enchantment. Rouse 2. (Distribute two +1/+1 counters among permanents you control. If they aren't creatures, tap them and they become 0/0 creatures in addition to their other types.)

Whenever a creature you control enters, if its mana value is greater than the number of bloom counters on From a Seed, put a bloom counter on From a Seed. Creatures you control get +1/+1 for each bloom counter on From a Seed.
At the beginning of your end step, untap all lands you control. You may put three +1/+1 counters on target land you control. If you do, that land becomes a 0/0 Treefolk creature with haste that's still a land.
