Siphon (Each -1/-1 counter you put on your creatures up to their remaining toughness while casting this pays for {1}.) Gamhaugen Burns deals 3 damage to any target.

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each enchantment you control. Shuffle, then exile cards from the top of your library until you exile three nonland cards. Cast any number of spells from among cards exiled this way without paying their mana cost, then put the rest onto the bottom of your library in a random order.

Target creature you control fights target creature you don't control. Flashback {5}{G}(You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Go Out Guns Blazing deals 2 damage to target player or planeswalker. Compose (Then if you cast this from your hand, exile it and create a Saga token with “r3—You may cast a copy of this card from exile without paying its mana cost.”)
Shuffle your library, then exile the top two cards. Until end of turn, you may play one of those cards. Whenever you play a card exiled with Goddess' Whimsy this turn that doesn't share a card type with another card played this way, repeat that process.

When you cast this spell, each other player may copy it. Exile the top seven cards of an opponent's library. Until the end of your next turn, you may play those cards, and you may spend mana as though it was mana of any type to cast those spells.
