(Add a quest counter as this enters. Sacrifice after 3.) Once each turn, when you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may add a quest counter. Slipsand Expedition deals damage equal to the number of quest counters on it to any target. Add {R}{R}{R}.
Equipped creature gets +1/+1. Whenever equipped creature attacks, create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with “{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.”) Equip {2}
As an additional cost to cast this spell, discard a card. Draw two cards and crystallize twice. (Put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control or create a Treasure. Then do it again.)
Exile target creature. That creature's controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. That player puts that card onto the battlefield, then shuffles the rest into their library.
Exile the top card of your library. You may have Spark Inspiration deal 2 damage to each opponent. If you don't, you may play that card until end of turn.
