Whenever you cast your third spell each turn, you may exile Devoted Artistry from your graveyard. If you do, you may cast a copy of it at the beginning of your next upkeep. (You still pay its costs.)

Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep, for each seven cards in your graveyard, Devotee of Winds explores. (Reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard.)

Whenever Devourer of Legacy deals combat damage to a player, you may sacrifice it and choose a nonland card name. If you do, search that player's graveyard, hand, and library for any number of cards with that name and exile them. That player shuffles, then draws a card for each card exiled from their hand this way.

Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top or bottom card of target player's library. That player loses life equal to that card's mana value.

As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice a creature.
Search your library for up to X cards and put them into your hand, where X is the sacrificed creature's power, then shuffle.

You may cast spells as though they had flash.
Whenever you cast a sorcery spell, each opponent loses 3 life unless they discard a card or sacrifice a nonland permanent.

When Diao enters, create two 1/1 white Warrior creature tokens.
Whenever Diao attacks, put a +1/+1 counter on each attacking creature you control with the least power among those creatures.

When Diao, Dragoon Captain enters, create three 1/1 red and white Warrior creature tokens.
Whenever a creature you control attacks, invigorate 1. (Choose a creature with the least power among creatures you control and put a +1/+1 counter on it.)

Whenever a creature you control dies, put a loyalty counter on Dias, Freed from Belief.
