Outside of the Wiedfree, animals are uncommon. Trusting them to not be demonic is far more than down-trodden folks are able to give, breeding hostility in both directions.
Whenever Baljurn, the Runelord or another nontoken artifact or enchantment you control enters, create a 0/0 blue Construct artifact creature token. Put a +1/+1 counter on each artifact and/or enchantment creature you control other than Baljurn.
