Whenever Masoh enters or attacks, each opponent that has more than four cards in hand discards cards equal to the difference. Then if you have fewer than four cards in hand, draw cards equal to the difference.

Flying, trample, haste
Whenever a land you control enters or a land is put into your graveyard from the battlefield, Skyscreecher Dragon deals 2 damage to each opponent.

Master Assassin can't be blocked by creatures with odd mana values. (Zero is even. This creature's mana value is 2.)
Whenever you cast a spell during an opponent's turn, put a +1/+1 counter on Master Assassin. You may have it phase out.

Equipped creature gets +2/+2.
