III — Creatures you control with counters on them can't be blocked this turn unless defending player pays {3} and spells that target those creatures cost an additional {3} to cast until your next turn.

Draw a card.

Reprise {3}{U} (As you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may exile one card with reprise from your graveyard and pay its reprise cost. If you do, add its effects to that spell.)
Create a Treasure token. You draw cards equal to the number of tokens created by this spell.

Exile two target permanents you control, then return them to the battlefield under your control.

Once each turn, you may pay {U} rather than pay the mana cost for a blue spell you cast.

Scry 1.
Draw a card.

Search your library for up to six cards and exile them face down. Shuffle, then draw a card.

Exile the top X cards of target opponent's library. You may play those cards for as long as they remain exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast them.

Counter target spell if you have more cards in hand than its controller.

Draw three cards, then reveal your hand.

Whenever enchanted player becomes the target of a spell or ability they don't control, if it isn't a copy, its controller copies it.

Counter target spell. For each other card named Overcharge in your graveyard, create a colorless Canister artifact token with “{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add {C}.”

Any number of target players each draw seven cards, then discard seven cards.

Siphon (Each -1/-1 counter you put on your creatures up to their remaining toughness while casting this pays for {1}.)
Gain control of target nonland permanent.

When Overwhelming Paperwork enters or is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, return up to one target creature to its owner's hand.

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, they reveal the top card of their library. If it's a nonland card with a mana value less than that spell's, they may cast it without paying its mana cost. Otherwise, they put it on the bottom of their library.
