Choose one —
• Destroy target artifact or land.
• State Collapse deals damage equal to the number of artifacts you control to any target.

When Lost Empire's Legacy enters, create two Treasure tokens.

• Counter target spell unless its controller pays {X}.
• Surveil X, then draw a card.

{1}, {T}: Target player exiles a card from their graveyard. If a creature or planeswalker card is exiled this way, create a Vessel token. (It's an enchantment with “{2}, Sacrifice this enchantment: Create a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying.”)

• Look at the top three cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the rest into your graveyard.
