Whenever you cast a permanent spell, add a quest counter.
Choose a color that hasn't been chosen. Search your library for a permanent card that's exactly that color, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle.
Exile Collect the World Stones. For the rest of the game, you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color.

Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 and can't be blocked by creatures with power 2 or less.

Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. If it's your combat phase, that creature enters tapped and attacking.

When Decisive Arcanist enters, you may cast target modal instant or sorcery card in your graveyard. Exile that card instead of putting it into your graveyard as it resolves.
