Whenever CySec Infiltrator attacks, create a Function token with “Target player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.” (It's an enchantment. As you cast an instant or sorcery spell, sacrifice any number of Functions to add their effects to that spell.)

At the beginning of each end step, if you gained life this turn, you get a glory counter. (You lose glory counters before life. A player with ten or more glory counters wins the game.)

Infiltrate (Whenever one or more attacking creatures you control aren't blocked, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
When Exile's Vanguard enters, tap target creature. That creature doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.

When Recruits of the Demeter enters, draw a card if you control another Pirate.

Whenever enchanted creature becomes tapped, Violent Repercussions deals 3 damage to that creature's controller.
