Flying, vigilance
When Empyrean Scholar enters, each creature tapped to pay its additional cost becomes a 4/4 Angel creature with flying and vigilance. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

When Aethermancer's Companion enters, aetherize up to two other non-Cat permanents you control. (Create tokens that are copies of each of them, then exile them.)
Recite {5}{W}{U} (You may cast this spell from your graveyard for its recite cost. If you do, exile it when it enters or if it would leave the battlefield.)

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 as long as it's an Actor. Otherwise, it gets -2/-2.

Gain control of up to two target creatures until end of turn. Untap them. They gain haste until end of turn.

Whenever you cast a Elemental, Demon, or Spirit spell, investigate. (Create a colorless Clue artifact token with “{2}, Sacrifice this artifact: Draw a card.”)

Search target opponent's library for a card and exile it, then do the same for their hand and graveyard. That player shuffles. You may cast spells exiled this way for as long as they remain exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to do so.

Enchanted creature gets -3/-1 and can't block.

Vigilance
Menagerie — When Hoof Cliff Trihorn enters, if there are five or more creature types among creatures you control, you may search your library for a card named Hoof Cliff Trihorn, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Flying
At the beginning of your end step, up to one other target creature you control voyages. (If it isn't blocking or targeted by another spell or ability, it phases out.)
Whenever a creature you control phases in, you may have it become a copy of target creature you control until end of turn.

At the beginning of your upkeep, scry 1.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you cast both a creature spell and a noncreature spell this turn, you may have Glintwing Nest become a 4/4 Elemental Bird creature with flying in addition to its other types until end of turn.

You may cast spells from among cards you put into your graveyard from your library this turn.
Whenever one or more cards leave your graveyard, create a tapped 2/2 black Zombie creature token.
When Stitched Gargantua is put into your graveyard from your library, you may return it to your hand.

Flying
{3}: Prismscale Dragon gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each color of mana spent to activate this ability.
