Create an X/X green Beast creature token. Each opponent creates three 1/1 white Citizen creature tokens.

[–1]: Return another target planeswalker to its owner's hand.
[–6]: You get an emblem with “Whenever a permanent leaves the battlefield, each opponent discards a card.”

Stratospheric Bombardment deals X damage to any target and you gain that much life.

Flying

Destroy target face-up creature.

At the beginning of your second main phase, you may return a creature you control to its owner's hand. If you do, add {G}{U}.

When Basalt Ritualist enters, you may sacrifice a land or exile a land card from your graveyard. When you do, exile target creature, instant, or sorcery card from your graveyard. Until the end of your next turn, you may play that card. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.

Search your library for a permanent card with mana value X or less, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Destroy target creature. Then if you control a Wizard, that creature's controller loses 1 life for each creature card in their graveyard.

Creatures you control get +X/+X and gain trample until end of turn.

Untap all creatures you control. They get +0/+2 until end of turn.

As Theodore Harper, Head Librarian enters, choose Fact or Fiction.
• Fact — Permanent spells you cast cost {1} less to cast. This effect can't reduce the amount of mana a spell costs to cast to less than one mana.
• Fiction — When Theodore Harper enters, return a permanent card from your graveyard to your hand.

At the beginning of your upkeep, target player mills two cards. If your main library has five or fewer cards in it, that player mills their library instead.

When you cast your third noncreature spell each turn, transform Aspiring Rascals.

{2}{R}{R}, Exile an instant or sorcery card from your graveyard: Fervid Dragonheart gets +1/+2, gains flying, and becomes a Dragon until end of turn.

Create two 1/2 blue Bird creature tokens with flying.
Coalesce {5}{U}{U} (You may cast this from your graveyard for {5}{U}{U}. If you do, it enters as a Horror creature after it resolves. Exile it if it would leave the battlefield or not resolve.)

Enchant creature
When Sting of the Manticore enters, scry 2.
Enchanted creature gets +1/+0 and has deathtouch.

Skulking Claw can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.
Skulking Claw gets +1/+0 for each unblocked attacking creature you control.

Enchant creature
Harness (You may tap a creature you control as you cast this spell. If you do, reduce this spell's mana cost by that creature's power.)
Enchanted creature gets +3/+0 and has menace.

Target nonland permanent's owner puts it on the top or bottom of their library.

If a player would draw a card, instead that player may put a card they own exiled with Arroyo, the Bound into their hand.
{3}: Search target player's library for a card and exile it face down, then that player shuffles. They may look at that card for as long as it remains exiled.
