Whenever a player casts a spell, exile the top card of that player's library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it was mana of any type to cast it.
At the beginning of your end step, put all cards exiled with Endless Inspiration into their owner's graveyards.

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, Enduring Charge gets +1/+1 until end of turn.

Prowess

Once each turn, when you cast a spell, you may note one of its card types that hasn't been noted for Enter Captain Minnow. If you do, create a number of tapped Treasure tokens equal to the number of types noted for Enter Captain Minnow.

Up to one target attacking creature gets +3/+3 and gains trample until end of turn.
Harmonize. (Trigger up to one harmony of a permanent you control.)

Entropic Inferno deals 5 damage divided as you choose among any number of targets. At the beginning of the next end step, for each permanent dealt damage this way, its owner puts it on the bottom of their library, then reveals cards from the top until they reveal a nonland permanent card. They put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

{T}: Envious Nereid deals 1 damage to target creature and 1 damage to that creature's controller.

Epic Boss Fight deals 5 damage to target creature or planeswalker.
Menagerie — If there are five or more creature types among creatures you control, Epic Boss Fight deals 3 damage to that permanent's controller.

Create two tokens that are copies of target noncreature artifact or noncreature artifact card in a graveyard.

Choose X. You may choose the same mode more than once.
• Epic of the Lovers deals 1 damage to any target.
• Create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with “{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.”)
• You may discard a card. If you do, draw a card.

Haste
Whenever another creature you control enters or attacks, Epitome of Force gets +1/+0 until end of turn. If this is the third, sixth, or ninth time this ability has triggered this turn, Epitome of Force gains your choice of first strike, menace, or trample until end of turn.

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, create a 1/1 red Alien creature token with “This creature can't block.”
{2}{R}, Sacrifice two Aliens: Copy target instant or sorcery spell you control. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Wu Xing (Add effects based on the number of colors of mana spent to cast this spell.)
1 | Each creature deals damage to itself equal to its power.
3 | You gain life equal to the excess damage dealt this way.
5 | Each opponent loses that much life.

Eradicating Flames deals X damage to each creature and each player. If X is 5 or more, Eradicating Flames can't be countered and the damage can't be prevented.

Reach, menace

Once each turn, when Eruq, the Flamebearer enters or you attack with one or more Horrors, you may have Eruq deal 2 damage to each opponent. Then if Eruq isn't a token, gain control of target creature an opponent controls until end of turn. Tap it. It's attacking its controller.
{2}{R}{R}, Discard Eruq: Create a token that's a copy of Eruq, the Flamebearer, except it's 4/4 and isn't legendary. Activate only as a sorcery.

Whenever Essence Carver blocks or becomes blocked by a creature with toughness 4 or greater, Essence Carver gets +2/+2 until end of turn.

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature attacks each combat if able.
At the beginning of your upkeep, Eternal Rage deals 2 damage to enchanted creature's controller.

Exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn.
Flashback {1}{R} (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Flying
Whenever Everember Phoenix deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, you may put target exiled card you own or card in your graveyard that shares a name with it into your hand.
Revive {1}{R}{R} ({1}{R}{R}, Exile this card from your graveyard: Create a token that's a copy of this card, except it has no mana cost. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery.)

First strike
When Excavator of the Beyond enters, rediscover an artifact card. (Look at the top card of your library. You may reveal it and put it into your hand if it's an artifact card. Otherwise, put it back or into your graveyard.)
