Enchant planeswalker
Enchanted planeswalker has “+2: Draw two cards, then put a card from your hand on the bottom of your library.”

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand, you may cast target card with the same name as that spell from your graveyard. (You still pay its costs.)

Whenever you attack with one or more Pirates, create that many 1/1 white Bird creature tokens with flying that are tapped and attacking. At end of combat, choose one of those tokens, then exile the rest.

{T}: Add {C}.
{6}, {T}, Discard a card: Search your library for a multicolored card, exile it, then shuffle. If its mana value is 3 or less, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. If you don't, put it into your hand. Activate only as a sorcery.

When Ophidian Oracle enters the battlefield, draw a card, then abound. (To abound, you may cast a spell that costs less than this from your hand without paying its mana cost.)
Recite {2}{G}{G} (You may cast this creature from your graveyard for its recite cost. If you do, exile it when it enters the battlefield or if it would leave the battlefield.)

Exile the top X cards of target opponent's library. You may play those cards for as long as they remain exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast them.

Exile target creature. That creature's controller creates a 1/1 blue Elemental creature token with flying.

You may cast this spell by paying {1}{W}{U}{B}{R}{G} rather than paying its mana cost.
Defender, indestructible
Lands you control are 2/2 Spirit creatures with haste and indestructible.

When Paint by Numbers enters the battlefield, put up to ten brush counters on it.
Whenever a player casts a instant or sorcery spell with mana value equal to the number of brush counters on Paint by Numbers, remove a brush counter from it and copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. Then sacrifice Paint by Numbers if it has no brush counters.

Choose one —
• Paint with Starflame deals 3 damage to target player or planeswalker. Scry 1.
• Create a 2/2 red Elemental Shaman creature token with haste and “Whenever this creature attacks, scry 1.”

Each instant and sorcery card you own has inscribe. The inscribe cost is equal to its mana cost. (Exile that spell card inscribed on a creature you control. Whenever that creature attacks, its controller may cast a copy of the inscribed card without paying its mana cost. Inscribe only as a sorcery.)

Whenever you cast a spell with • in its text, you may pay {2} any number of times. For each time you do, copy that spell. You may reselect modes and choose new targets for the copy.

Flying
Other creatures get -1/-1.
Whenever Pan Long enters the battlefield or deals combat damage to a player, return to the battlefield under your control target creature card from a graveyard that was put there from the battlefield this turn.

{G/U}: Pangoling gains hexproof until end of turn.
{G/U}: Move a counter from target creature you control onto Pangoling.
{G/U}: Whenever Pangoling deals combat damage to a player this turn, draw a card. Activate only once each turn.
{1}: Pangoling gets +1/-1 or -1/+1 until end of turn.

Flash
As long as Panya and exactly one other creature are attacking, both have flying.

Whenever Panya attacks, you may put an escapade counter on her, then you may cast an instant or sorcery card from your hand with mana value equal to the number of escapade counters on Panya without paying its mana cost.
{1}{U}: Panya gains flying until end of turn.

When Path Through the Planes enters the battlefield, draw a card, then choose a card name.
You may cast spells with the chosen name without paying their mana costs.

When Paul, Rock Bottom dies, you may discard a card. If you do, return this card from your graveyard to your hand at the beginning of the next end step.
[+1]: Draw a card, then discard a card.
[0]: Until end of turn, Paul becomes a 2/2 Construct creature with prowess. Prevent all damage that would be dealt to them this turn.
[–3]: Return target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand.

Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a nonland card from it. If you can't, they discard a card. Otherwise, that player discards a card, then if they didn't discard the chosen card, you create a tapped Treasure token. (It's an artifact with “{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.”)

Protection from tokens
[+1]: Each player may draw a card. For each opponent that does, you gain 1 life and create a 1/1 colorless Construct Actor creature token
[–2]: Each player sacrifices a creature. Create a token that's a copy of a creature sacrificed this way.
[–7]: Until end of turn, each creature you control becomes a 6/6 black Horror creature with trample, menace, and lifelink.

First strike
Prevent all damage that would be dealt to creatures you control by sources with greater mana value.
{2}{W}{W}: Create a 1/1 colorless Construct Actor creature token. Put a vigilance counter on it.
