Then distribute X +1/+1 counters among creatures you control, where X is the amount of life this spell caused you to gain.
Pressure {1}{U}(You may cast this spell for its pressure cost if seven or more cards are in your graveyard.) Exile up to two target nonland permanents you control, then return them to the battlefield under their owner's control.
