When Rahit's Prodigy enters, return target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand, then discard a card.

Whenever Raidragos' Avenger deals combat damage to a player, create a 5/5 red Dragon creature token with flying.
Creatures you control get +1/+0 for each Dragon you control.

[–2]: Until end of turn, creatures you control gain “{R}: This creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn.”
[–8]: You get an emblem with “Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, this emblem deals 4 damage to each opponent.”

[+1]: Mill two cards. Create a 1/1 green Spirit Snake creature token.
[0]: You may sacrifice a Spirit. When you do, return target permanent card from your graveyard to your hand.
[–2]: Exile another target nonland permanent until Rain Zai leaves the battlefield. You gain 2 life.

Rain of Blood deals 3 damage to each creature and each player.

Up to X target creatures gain winnow until end of turn. (Damage dealt to a creature with winnow also causes its controller to lose that much life.)
Rain of Ruin deals 2 damage to each creature.

Flying, haste
{2}{R}{R}, Exile a multicolored card from your graveyard: Return Rainbow Phoenix from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped. If it's your declare attackers step, it enters attacking.

{T}: Look at the top card of your library. If its mana value is equal to the number of lands you control, you may reveal it and draw a card.

Haste
When Rainy Night Lovers enters, look at the top four cards of your library. You may cast a red instant or sorcery spell with mana value 1 from among them without paying its mana cost. Then put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.

Return up to one target creature card with mana value 1 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Trample
Art of war — At the beginning of your end step, if Raiun Bay Admiral dealt damage to an opponent this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on each other creature you control.

Whenever a player casts a spell, Rakkiri Dissident deals 1 damage to that player.

When Ralezza, Weaver of Okthuros enters, you may put target Aura card that could enchant it from a graveyard onto the battlefield attached to Ralezza.
