Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, put a number of charge counters on Selection at Danaj equal to that spell's mana value.
At the beginning of your end step, you may remove four charge counters from Selection at Danaj. If you do, look at the top four cards of your library, put one into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
